A Quiet Reiki Practice for the End of the Day

A small ritual for returning to breath, touch, and honest attention.

Evening practice works best when it is plain. Put one lamp on, silence the phone, and sit where your feet can meet the floor. Let the hands rest at the heart, ribs, or lap. There is no need to chase a sensation.

For a few minutes, notice warmth, weight, and the rhythm of breathing. If Reiki is part of your path, receive it as quiet support. If the mind keeps working, give it one simple task: name what can be set down for tonight.

Close by choosing one word for the next hour: softer, slower, clearer, kinder. The practice is not a promise of a certain result. It is a respectful pause that lets the day loosen its grip.
