Before a Session
A plain way to arrive without making the inner life perform.
Preparation does not have to become another task. Before a Reiki session or a private reflective practice, eat lightly if you need to, drink water, and give yourself a few minutes without rushing from one screen to another.
It can help to bring one honest sentence rather than a polished story. I feel tired. I want more room. I do not know what I am carrying. Such sentences keep the work close to real life.
Nothing needs to be proven. The session is a pause for attention, warmth, and discernment. You remain the final authority on what feels true, useful, or not yet clear.
