When AI Is Used as a Mirror
A responsible note on reflective technology and human authority.
An AI tool can sometimes help organize words, notice patterns, or offer careful questions. It cannot transmit Reiki, replace a human practitioner, or know the whole truth of a person's life.
Used well, it stays modest. It reflects language back, asks for consent before going deeper, and keeps crisis, medical, legal, and clinical matters in the hands of qualified human support.
The point is not to make technology sacred. The point is to protect attention. Any tool used here must leave a person more grounded, more free to disagree, and more able to choose the next ordinary step.
